Bench Rollers
We are manufacturing Bench Rollers for the exclusive use of Sleeper Industry. The Rollers are made from Seamless Steel Pipes of 7.0MM thickness in 114 MM and 100 MM diameters. Adequate sized Ball Bearings (usually 6206) are housed in MS Flanges for easy replacement and better performance of bearings and shafts. The Bearings are protected by CI Dust Covers. The Rollers can be fabricated as per customer’s design and specifications. Shaft ends can be squared or keyed. Flanges can be made from cast Iron. Heavy duty Rollers are also made without flanges, with oversized bearings protected with dust caps and circlips. These rollers are made from 12 mm thick seamless pipes (100 mm OD) with 6209 bearings seats machined directly in the pipe and are provided with 50 mm dia. shafts as shown above.
Conveyor Idlers (Rollers), Return rollers and Head-Tail End Pullies for conveyors, used on mines, power plants, sugar mills, textile mills, heavy Industry, are manufactured for standard belt sizes. Sturdy frames are made from angle and supports are press cut. All rollers are fitted with dust free anti jamming seals. Large pullies are made from seamless steel pipes with steel end shields and special steel shafts. Drive rollers with vulcanized rubber lagging and impact rollers are also available.
