High Frequency External Vibrator
Efficient Electric Controls are manufacturing Low Voltage-High Frequency Vibrators for the exclusive use of PSC Sleeper and concrete Electric Pole Manufacturing units. The vibrators work on 48-50 volts 3 Phase, 150 cps supply provided by Frequency Convertors. The vibrators, that essentially are totally enclosed, squirrel case induction motors, have sturdy design, cast steel body, are provided with special Hermetic winding and class ‘F’ insulation for increased load bearing capacity and safety. The vibrators use shaft mounted adjustable eccentric weights for vibration and are provided with oversized self-adjusting roller bearings.

Frequency Convertor
Low Voltage High Frequency Convertors are used to provide 150 cps, 48-55 Volts supply to High Frequency External Vibrators. The convertors are available in single shaft as well as coupling models and have a capacity of 6 KVA. Prime Drive winding, exciter winding and Generator windings are Hermetic grade and insulation is ‘F’ class. The rotors are dynamically balanced for trouble free and continuous operations.
